The Opening Round Offer (2026) Promotion ("Promotion") is being conducted by Collingwood Football Club Ltd (ABN 89 006 211 196) of Corner Olympic Boulevard & Batman Avenue, Melbourne, VIC 3000 ("Promoter") in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
| ELIGIBILITY |
To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, individuals must:
Employees, officers, agents, contractors and agencies of the Promoter, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate. Immediate family includes spouse, de‑facto spouse, child, parent, sibling or any other person residing in the same household. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify that the entrants meet the eligibility criteria and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet the criteria. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights. The Promotion will not apply to any other membership categories other than those expressly listed. Eligible Purchases must be Adult, Concession or Family products. Junior products are excluded - Family purchases will receive two Dual Passes (four tickets total), one for each adult. The Promotion is only available to new 2026 members and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, Promotion or discount.

| HOW TO CLAIM |
To claim this Promotion, an eligible participant must make an Eligible Purchase via this advertised URL during the Promotional Period. No additional entry form is required. An active MyMagpies account is required to claim the prize. Participants must provide a valid and active email address to the Promoter. The Promotion cannot be applied retrospectively. |
| PROMOTIONAL PERIOD |
The Promotional period commences at 9am (AEDT) on Wednesday 25 February 2026 and ends at 4pm (AEDT) on Tuesday 3 March 2026 (Promotional Period) or when tickets in the promotional area are exhausted. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the promotional end date at any time (subject to regulatory approval). Entries received after the Promotional Period will not be considered.

| OFFER DETAILS |
Each Eligible Purchase entitles the participant to receive two (2) complimentary reserved seat tickets ("Dual Pass") to the Opening Round match between Collingwood and St Kilda. Match details:
Tickets will be located on Level 2 of the Ponsford Stand, subject to capacity. The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged.

The value of each Dual Pass is $238.00 AUD.

| REDEMPTION DETAILS |
Participants must claim the Dual Pass via their MyMagpies account (Mobile Membership). The Promoter is not responsible for any costs incurred in claiming or using the prize, including travel, accommodation or ancillary expenses.

| INELIGIBILITY |
If a participant is found to be ineligible, or fails to claim the Dual Pass in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the prize will be forfeited and no replacement will be provided.

Standard Terms and Conditions.
- Entry into this Promotion is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- All Eligible Purchases are subject to the Promoter’s standard membership terms and conditions, available on the Promoter’s website
- If a prize is not available for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value if the winner agrees in writing and subject to any approvals from regulatory authorities. If the winner does not agree despite reasonable attempts by the Promoter to reach an agreement and the prize is not available due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute the prize with another item or items determined by the Promoter to be of equal or higher value.
- Subject to regulatory approval, the Promoter reserves the right to amend the Promotion and its terms and conditions at any time and for any reason, and will publish any such amendments as soon as reasonably practicable on the promotion page at collingwoodfc.com.au. It is the entrant's responsibility to regularly check the page for any amendments.
- The Promoters obligation is to deliver the Promotion, which is non-transferable, not refundable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in the Promotion or use of the prize, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence, breach of contract or wilful misconduct.
- Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports limit, exclude or modify the Promoter's liability in relation to the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion including:
- any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
- any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;
- any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
- any variation in prize value to that stated in these terms and conditions;
- any tax liability incurred by the winner or entrant; or
- use of the prize.
- To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), if the Promotion is not capable of running as planned including by reason of technical failure, fraud or any cause beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may cancel or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries, subject to regulatory approval.
- To the extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor any of its related bodies corporate, directors, officers, employees, servants or agents accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party suppliers, including force majeure, insolvency, or any other event which is beyond our control or which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.
