The AFLW Pride Round - Share Your Best Photos competition (Competition) is being run by Collingwood Football Club Ltd, ABN 89 006 211 196 of Corner of Olympic Boulevard and Batman Avenue, Olympic Park, Melbourne VIC 3000 Australia (Promoter) in accordance with these terms and conditions.
IMPORTANT NOTICE - TATTOO PRIZE CONSIDERATIONS: Please be aware that tattoos are a permanent decision. Entrants should carefully consider whether they wish to participate in the competition or accept a tattoo as a prize as this may lead to permanent regret. Receiving a tattoo is painful and there is a recovery period that must be considered. Additionally, there are health risks associated with getting a tattoo, including the possibility of fainting, infection, bloodborne disease, scar tissue, allergic reactions and other potential complications. We strongly encourage all Entrants to make an informed and thoughtful decision before proceeding.
By participating in the Competition, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions and that you agree to be bound by them.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Competition you must:
- reside in Victoria, Australia;
- be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry; and
Employees, officers, agents, agencies or contractors of the Promoter, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in this Competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify that the entrants meet the eligibility criteria (including an entrant’s identity) and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet the criteria. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.

Prize Details
The prize is a tattoo voucher, valued at $200 to Fine Line Tattoo’s, 23 Berkeley St, Carlton, VIC, 3053 (The Tattoo Parlour). Tattoos must be chosen from an official design sheet which has a limited number of tattoos available for selection. No changes or customisations can be made and the maximum size for the chosen tattoo is 5cm. There are twenty (15) prizes (each a “prize”) to be won by twenty (15) separate winners. Each prize is only valid for redemption between 13 October, 2025 – 13 December, 2025
Total Prize Pool
The total prize pool value is $3,000.
Redemption Details
Prizes will be delivered to the winners at the match on Sunday 19 October 2025. Winners must present a valid proof of age ID on collection.

- Collingwood Football Club Limited is not responsible for appointment availability or decisions made by the tattoo studio, including cancellations or refusals of service.
Winners will be subject to the comply with the terms and conditions of The Tattoo Parlour, including age verification and consent requirements.
Selection of Winners
Twenty (15) entrants will be randomly drawn from the entries (Entrants) to each win a prize.
Second Chance Selection
If a winner is found to be ineligible for the prize, another entrant will be randomly drawn to win the prize (Secondary Winner). If an Entrant does not wish to accept a Prize, the prize will be forfeited and will not be awarded.
Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via mobile and announced by the match day MC on Sunday 19 October 2025. Vouchers must be collected on Sunday 19 October 2025 - uncollected vouchers will be void.
Standard Terms and Conditions.
- Entry into this Competition is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- If a prize is not available for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value if the winner agrees in writing and subject to any approvals from regulatory authorities. If the winner does not agree despite reasonable attempts by the Promoter to reach an agreement and the prize is not available due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute the prize with another item or items determined by the Promoter to be of equal or higher value.
- Subject to regulatory approval, the Promoter reserves the right to amend the Competition and its terms and conditions at any time and for any reason, and will publish any such amendments as soon as reasonably practicable on the competition page at collingwoodfc.com.au. It is the entrant's responsibility to regularly check the competition page for any amendments.
- The Promoters obligation is to deliver the Prize, which is a voucher to the Tattoo Parlour. The voucher is not redeemable for cash or other services, is non-transferable, not refundable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- The Promoter has exercised reasonable care in the selection of The Tattoo Parlour however The Promoter is not a tattoo service provider and has no control over or liability for the services provided by The Tattoo Parlour.
- Tattooing carries inherent risks. It is the winner’s responsibility to consult with the tattoo artist regarding medical conditions, allergies, or personal concerns prior to the procedure and to be fully informed. It is completely the choice of the winner as to whether of not to get a tattoo.
- When the winner of a Prize redeems the Prize for a tattoo the winner will be subject to the terms and conditions of The Tattoo Parlour which may include, without limitation conditions relating to consent, age verification, health warranties, exclusions of liability and an outline of risks. Lost, stolen, or expired vouchers cannot be replaced. The Tattoo Parlours terms and conditions are separate to the Standard Terms and Conditions of this Competition and can generally be found on The Tattoo Parlours website finelinetattoos.com.au or by contacting The Tattoo Parlour by email or phone. Further restrictions on the type of tattoo that can be purchased with the prize voucher are set out in the Prize Details.
- The winner/s agrees to participate in such promotional activity as the Promoter may require without remuneration. Each winner also consents to the use and publication of their name, image and any other details provided by the winner in any marketing material without any further reference or payment to the winner.
- A winner’s legal rights in connection with the provision of tattoo services are against The Tattoo Parlour and, except to the extent a problem arises because of the Promoter’s gross negligence, fraud, criminal conduct or wilful misconduct, are not against the Promoter.
- Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports limit, exclude or modify the Promoter's liability in relation to the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition including:
- any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
- any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;
- any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
- any variation in prize value to that stated in these terms and conditions;
- any tax liability incurred by the winner or entrant; or
- use of the prize.
- To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), if the Competition is not capable of running as planned including by reason of technical failure, fraud or any cause beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may cancel or suspend the Competition or invalidate any affected entries, subject to regulatory approval.
- To the extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor any of its related bodies corporate, directors, officers, employees, servants or agents accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party suppliers, including The Tattoo Parlour over whom we have no direct control, force majeure, insolvency, or any other event which is beyond our control or which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.
- The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Competition, comply with its legal obligations as the Promoter and for promotional purposes. For these purposes, the Promoter may disclose such personal information to related companies, agents, regulatory bodies, contractors, service providers and any company with whom the Promoter is running the Competition. These recipients may be located overseas. If you do not provide all the personal information we request, you may not be able to participate in the Competition.
- You consent to the Promoter using your personal information to send you information about the Promoter's products and services and that of it’s sponsors and partners, including by email, phone, post and social media advertising.

- The laws of Victoria apply to this Competition. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the laws of Victoria.
