Membership Promotion – Finals Flash Sale – Terms and Conditions

This webpage contains the terms and conditions for the Finals Flash Sale promotion pursuant to which discounted access to the Flexi-4 Membership will be made available (“Promotion”).
1a. This discounted variant of the Flexi-4 Membership includes:
- A 2025 Member cap and stickers
- Priority access to purchase a ticket to weeks 1-3 of the 2025 AFL Finals Series if Collingwood FC is a participating team.
- 10% Club merchandise discount.
- Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- The promoter is the Collingwood Football Club (ABN 89 006 211 196) of Corner Olympic Boulevard & Batman Avenue, Melbourne, VIC 3042 (“Promoter”).
- Promotion commences at 9:00am on Friday 22 August 2025 and closes at 5:00pm on Wednesday 27 August 2025 (“Promotional Period”). All times indicated in these Terms and Conditions are in AEST.
- The Promotion only applies to the Flexi-4 Membership type.
- The promotional price for the Flexi-4 memberships will be as follows (including GST):
Adult - $29
Junior - $29
- Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Monthly instalments are not available for this offer.
- This offer cannot be applied retrospectively.
- Only new Members are eligible to participate in the Promotion.
- The Promotion is only valid for the 2025 Membership Season. Members will be offered the chance to renew the membership at full price during the renewal period for the 2026 Season.
- This offer will not apply to any other membership types or categories other than those listed above.
- This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.
- Subject to applicable laws, Collingwood Football Club reserves the right to cancel or change the promotion at any point without prior notice.
- This promotional membership will be subject to full membership terms and conditions available here.
- The Promoter will also use and handle personal information (PI) as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the member. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how members may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how they may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, and you unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts having jurisdiction there.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law (including without limitation the Australian Consumer Law) the Promoter shall in no circumstance be liable to you for any direct or consequential losses or any loss (whether direct or indirect) arising out of your participation in the Promotion, purchase of or participation in Club membership, including without limitation from the loss or suspension of your membership card or your ability to attend all or any Collingwood games or enter a venue where a Collingwood game is occurring, except to the extent the loss is caused by the Club's breach of these terms and conditions, its negligence or wilful default.
