Do I have a MyMagpies account?
Every member has a MyMagpies account which can be accessed by clicking here.
MyMagpies & Ticketmaster
MyMagpies is operated by Ticketmaster.
If your membershp (MyMagpies) email address is also linked to a Ticketmaster account, your login details for MyMagpies will be synced with your Ticketmaster login details.
Put simply, your Ticketmaster username and password is your MyMagpies login.
If you do not have a Ticketmaster account linked to the email address you have supplied to us, you will be able to create one during the MyMagpies sign-in process. See below for more information.
How do I set up my account?
If you have a Ticketmaster account linked to the email address you have supplied to us, follow these steps:
- Head to MyMagpies;
- Select 'sign in' in the top right-hand corner;
- Enter your Ticketmaster login details
- If this is the first time you've signed in to MyMagpies, follow the system prompts
- That's it - you're signed in!
If you do not have a Ticketmaster account linked to the email address you have supplied to us, follow these steps:
- Head to MyMagpies;
- Select 'sign in' in the top right-hand corner;
- At the bottom of the pop-up, select 'New to Ticketmaster? Sign Up'.
- Follow the prompts to set up your Ticketmaster account.
- That's it - you're signed in!
What happens if I have forgotten my password?
If you do not know your password, use the 'forgot my password' link on the login page.
If you have any issues with the 'forgot my password' link, feel free to email membership@collingwoodfc.com.au for assistance. Be sure to include the email address that your using to log in within the email so that our staff can be sure your account is configured correctly.
What do I use MyMagpies for?
- Updating your account details i.e. contact, address, debit card;
- Access to your 'Mobile Membership';
- Access to your membership barcode number;
- Making changes to your membership.
