Important Ticket Forwarding Information:
- Transferred tickets can take up to 30 minutes from being accepted (not transferred) to activate in the MCG's ticketing system. For this reason, we recommend transferring and accepting any transferred tickets as far in advance of the match as possible.
- Once a ticket has been forwarded and accepted, it cannot be reclaimed.
- We strongly advise against forwarding your ticket(s) to someone you do not know. Always double check the contact details you are entering.
- Ticket forwarding is only available for Reserved Seat tickets.

SENDER STEP 1 - Open the Collingwood FC mobile app
SENDER STEP 2 - Access your Mobile Membership
SENDER STEP 3 - Select the relevant match
SENDER STEP 4 - On the ticket you'd like to transfer, select 'Transfer'
SENDER STEP 5 - Confirm the ticket(s) you'd like to transfer
SENDER STEP 6 - Select the method of transfer (email or SMS) and enter the details of the person you wish to send the ticket to
SENDER STEP 7 - Confirm the details and enter an optional message, then select 'Transfer'
SENDER STEP 8 - All done, your ticket is on its way!

RECEIVER STEP 1 - Open the email or SMS you receive from Collingwood and select 'Accept Tickets'
RECEIVER STEP 2 - Once redirected to MyMagpies, log into your account or create an account.
If the ticket was forwarded to a particular email or phone number, please be sure to create an account with the same details.
RECEIVER STEP 3 - Once logged in, the ticket will be displayed in your account
If you do not get redirected right to the ticket page, use the navigation menu to head to the 'Mobile Membership' page.
RECEIVER STEP 4 - All done, you can now access and use your forwarded ticket!
