How do I choose my reserved seat?
When to purchase online
If you do not have specific seating requirements, purchasing a membership with reserved seat access online is the way to go.
The streamlined process allows you to organise multiple memberships from your device, and you are able to provide the details of any additional members during the purchase process.
Our membership staff will then allocate you the best available seats.
When to purchase over the phone
If you have more complex seating requirements, such as accessibility needs or a specific area in mind, it is recommended that you call the Club on 1300 MAGPIES (62 47 43) between 10:00am and 4:00pm (AEST) from Monday-Friday.
This will allow you to speak to a membership consultant who will ensure that any allocated seats fit your requirements.
Can I keep my reserved seat from season to season?
During the membership renewal period (between two seasons), you will be able to secure your existing reserved seat(s).
There is a cut-off point to renew your existing seat(s) by before it's released to the available pool, but the Club always communicates this date heavily via email and SMS to ensure that members are aware.
Can I change my reserved seat pre- or in-season?
Please note: membership reserved seats are not in use for the 2021 SSN season due to COVID-19 protocols.
It is possible to change a reserved seat.
Please note that no seat changes can be facilitated until the reserved seat change windows. The dates of these windows will be confirmed to members beforehand.
Existing members are welcome to contact the club to explore seat-changes.
Can I purchase guest passes within my reserved seating area? .
Because the seats within reserved seating areas are allocated to specific members it is not possible to organise guest tickets.
Can I transfer my reserved seat to another member?
