How do I access my mobile membership?
Members with reserved seat access can view their mobile membership by logging in to their MyMagpies account either via the Official Collingwood FC mobile app or a web-browser on a smart phone (e.g. safari, Google Chrome, etc.)

Why has membership access gone digital?
- To comply with new health guidelines for safe stadium entry and to assist with contact tracing;
- A floating fixture in 2021 will affect the impact of delivering plastic cards in time to use at matches;
- In line with becoming more environmentally friendly, we are working to reduce the amount of plastic cards that we produce.

Will I still receive a plastic membership card for 2021?
Yes, we will be sending all members a plastic membership card in 2021. Members will be given the opportunity to opt in for a plastic card at a minimal cost for the following season.
I don't have an email address and/or smartphone - how do I access my mobile membership?
Members will need an email address and smartphone to be able to log into their My Magpies account to access their digital membership.
