What is the process after I sign up as a member?
Once a membership is purchased, you will receive an email confirmation which will outline details of your membership.
2021 SSN memberships are now available to purchase here.
When will I receive my membership package?
Membership packages are always scheduled to be delivered before Round 1 of the SSN season.
If there are any disruptions or delays due to the COVID-19 situation we will notify members in a timely fashion. We are working hard to ensure that our membership package process is watertight so that we do not experience the same level of disruption as there was in 2020.
Are memberships discounted if purchased after the season starts?
Memberships will not be discounted if purchased after the season has started.
Be sure to find and organise the best package for you before Round 1 to get the most out of your membership!
Can someone else use my membership?
Members are able to pass on their membership entitlements for game access so long as the person using the membership is at an equivalent level of entry.
If a Concession or Junior member transfers a membership entitlement or ticket to an adult, the adult will be refused entry.
I'm not receiving Club emails...
