Changes to Marvel Stadium Member Access

The Club will be moving to a $0 ticket redemption process for our two home games & one away game at Marvel Stadium.  

A number of Members hold a set seat at Marvel Stadium games, but do not attend matches there. This leaves many premium and high-quality seats unused. 

This fact also contibutes to situations where a match is classified as 'sold out', but reaches an attendance significantly lower than the stadium's capacity. 

To address this, we will be moving to a redemption model for Marvel Stadium Member access. Specifically, Members with reserved seat entitlements for our three Marvel Stadium games will now be required to redeem a $0 ticket via Ticketmaster in order to attend.  

This new approach will allow attending Members to make use of the best seats in the house, and ensure that Members & fans don't miss out on blockbuster, 'sold out' games where possible.

The redemption model also means that we can reduce the price increase across our various Membership packages. Whilst some packages will be going up in price, this is mainly due to increasing MCG away seat costs. The move to a redemption model at Marvel Stadium reduces the total cost increase for memberships. 

The final reason for the change is to accommodate requests for seat changes or additions, which have become near-impossible with so many Members. A redemption model allows Members to redeem tickets together, rather than having freinds and family separated.  

Members with Marvel Stadium access will receive direct communication prior to any ticket redemption window.
