By entering the Partnerships Member Survey competition (competition), you acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions and that you agree to be bound by them. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions.

This competition is being run by Collingwood Football Club ABN 89 006 211 196 of Corner of Olympic Boulevard and Batman Avenue, Olympic Park, Melbourne VIC 3000 Australia (Promoter). To contact the Promoter, please call (03) 8412 0000.

WHO CAN ENTER?

To be eligible to enter the competition you must:

- reside in Australia; and
- be 18 years or older.

Employees, directors or officers of the Promoter, any companies or agencies associated with this competition, or their immediate families, are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

KEY INFORMATION

This information should be read in conjunction with all of the Terms below:

• To enter the competition, you must complete the Partnerships Member Survey and submit the online entry form including your first and last name, date of birth, and email address, during the competition period.
• The one (1) prize winner will receive a 2023 Collingwood Football Club signed Guernsey (the Prize).
• The Promotion will run between Tuesday 4 July 2023 and Tuesday 18 July 2023 (Promotion Period).
• Eligible Entrants refers to persons who have entered the Promotion:
  - over the age of 18;
  - resident of a State or Territory of Australia: Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, Tasmania, Northern Territory, Western Australia, Australian Capital Territory, and Queensland; and
  - who hold a current Collingwood Football Club membership.
• Number of prizes: one (1).
• The total prize pool for the Promotion is valued at AUD$595 as at 22 June 2023.
• No part of a prize is exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other prize.
• No permit was required to be obtained for this Promotion.
• Once the winners’ identity, address and age have been verified in accordance with clause 16, the Promotional Participant will within seven (7) days of close of the Promotion Period or such earlier time as is decided by the Promoter:
  - notify the winners by e-mail.
