IMPORTANT NOTES
- This page related to SSN (i.e. Netball) Mobile Memberships.
- The actual mobile ticket for a given game will only become available to view 72 hours prior to the game in question. Once available, you will be able to view the ticket(s) and add to your smartphone wallet.
- The pages shown in the later steps may take 15-30 seconds to load - please be patient.
- Members with Reserved Seat access can use their Mobile Membership or physical card.
- Members with Flexi (General Admission) access must use their Mobile Membership.
STEP 1 - Head to our membership website on your smartphone

STEP 2 - Expand the menu in the top-left corner
STEP 3 - Select 'Login', then 'Netball'
STEP 4 - Click the profile icon in the top right-hand corner then follow the prompts to log in using your email and password.
If you need to reset your password, simply select 'forgot password'. Please note that MyMagpies passwords can only contain letters and digits - no special characters.
STEP 5 - Once logged in, expand the menu in the top left-hand corner.
STEP 6 - Select 'Mobile Membership Tickets'
STEP 7 - You will see a list of games covered by your membership. To view the ticket(s) for the game in question, press 'Select Event'.
Please note: if you have a mixture of Reserved Seat and Flexi membership in your account, these may be displayed as separate events for the same game. For example, you will have one event for Round 2 v Fever for the Reserved Seat ticket(s) and a second event for Round 2 v Fever for the Flexi ticket(s).
Additionally, flex tickets appear at the bottom! (see below) This is because they can be used across any home games in Melbourne.
STEP 8 - Select the seat/ticket in question under My Tickets
If you hold a reserved seat, this seat will appear here. If you hold multiple in the same account, all seats will appear here. You only need to select one as you can swipe left/right on the subsequent screen to view them all.
STEP 9 - This is your ticket! Simply show this QR code at the turnstiles to gain entry to the game.
You can also add your ticket to your smartphone wallet, as shown below.
If you have multiple tickets, simply swipe across to view the other tickets.
SWITCHING ACCOUNTS
If your account is linked to another member's account (e.g. parent to child), simply select the profile menu from the top right-hand corner and press 'Switch accounts'.
COMMON ISSUES & SOLUTIONS:
(a) Incorrect account
This issue arises when members log into their MyMagpies account using an email address that is not linked to their active account.
To check if you are logging into the correct account, be sure that the membership number displayed in Step 5 matches the membership number on this year's (or last year's) membership card.
If it matches, you're in the right account! If it doesn't, you can check which email is linked to your account by seeing which email address you receive membership-specific communication to, such as payment reminders.
(b) Gold Active displaying as 'General Admission'
This is more of a quirk than an issue. Because the Gold Active membership includes access to a reserved area rather than a seat, it is listed as 'General Admission'.
You can simply disregard this.
As shown below, the actual ticket does display the specific bays that you have access to (Sections 24, 25, 38 & 39).
