Purchasing Reserved Bay Guest Passes (AFL)

Summary

Members with Reserved Bay access can choose to purchase one or more guest passes into their area for MCG home games. 

Specifically, members with this access would have one of the following packages:

• Legends: Gold (N12-13 & P7-10)
• Legends: Choice (M14-16)
• Season Ticket Freedom (M11-13)

To access games themselves, members will be able to use their Mobile Membership. 

Purchasing a Guest Pass (MCG home games only)

1. Have your barcode number(s) ready

You can find your 12-digit barcode number(s) via your MyMagpies account.

You can also find your barcode number by selecting 'ticket information' on your Mobile Membership ticket via the Collingwood FC mobile app 72 hours before a game. 

Please note - the field in question shows both GA and Reserved Bay barcodes (if applicable). Unfortunately, there's no way for the AFL to distinguish between the two types, so if you have both kinds of access in your account you may need to try each individually in Ticketek to determine which is the Reserved Bay barcode.
In this instance, it may be easier to locate the correct barcode your Mobile Membership ticket (see above). 
 

2. Head to Ticketek

3. Find the game in question and select 'Find tickets'

4. Select 'Club Member & Public Reserve', enter your barcode number(s) into the field provided, then click 'Unlock tickets'

5. Select the number of guest passes you'd like

Please note - the allocation is called 'General Admission' because there are no set seats associated. These tickets will work for your Reserved Bay area!

6. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase!

Notes

• Members must still use their Mobile Membership to access games - Mobile Membership 101 (AFL)
• Guest passes are only available for MCG home games
• The barcode field in MyMagpies shows both GA and Reserved Bay barcodes (if applicable). Unfortunately, there's no way for the AFL to distinguish between the two types, so if you have both kinds of access in your account you may need to try each individually in Ticketek to determine which is the Reserved Bay barcode.
