Important!
- Once a ticket has been forwarded and accepted, it cannot be reclaimed.
- Do not ever transfer a ticket to someone you do not know. Always double check the contact details you are entering.
- Ticket forwarding is only available for Reserved Seat/Reserved Bay tickets.
- Tickets can only be forwarded once live, i.e. 72 hours before a game.

SENDER STEP 1 - Open the relevant game and select 'Forward'
SENDER STEP 2 - Select the ticket(s) you'd like to forward
SENDER STEP 3 - Select how you'd like to forward the ticket(s)
SENDER STEP 4 - Enter the details of the person being sent the ticket
SENDER STEP 5 - You'll see the screen below once completed
SENDER STEP 6 - You'll see the screen below once the ticket has been accepted
RECEIVER STEP 1 - Open the email you receive Collingwood and select 'Accept Tickets'
RECEIVER STEP 2 - Once redirected to MyMagpies, log into your account or create an account.
If the ticket was forwarded to a particular email or phone number, please be sure to create an account with the same details.
RECEIVER STEP 3 - Head to the 'Mobile Membership' page
RECEIVER STEP 4 - Accept the forwarded ticket(s)
