Using your 2022 AFLW Access membership

Summary

Members who hold the 'AFLW Access' membership are entitled to redeem one (1) $0 member ticket to all Collingwood FC home games during the 2022 AFLW Home & Away Season.

To redeem this ticket, members will require their 12-digit AFLW barcode number (see below). 

What is my barcode number?

Your membership barcode is a 12-digit number used for match access.

You can find your barcode number(s) via your MyMagpies account. 

Redeeming tickets

Once you have located your AFLW barcode number(s), follow the steps below to redeem your ticket(s):

Please keep in mind that AFLW members only have access to $0 member tickets for home games, not away games. 

1. Search for the home game in question on Ticketek:

2. Select 'Find Tickets' for the relevant home game;

3. Enter your barcode number(s) into the password field. Be sure to separate each barcode number with a line break as shown below. Once all barcode numbers are entered, select 'Unlock Tickets';

4. On the subsequent page, select the relevant $0 member ticket option ('Member Adult' in the image below).

Please note: each barcode number provided in Step 3 appears as a separate option at this stage of the process. You will only be able to select one $0 member ticket per barcode provided. 

Should you wish to purchase additional tickets for guests, you can do so by selecting the relevant paid option. 

5. Select 'Next', then follow the prompts to finalise your order. 

Please note: you may be required to log in to your Ticketek account, or to create an account if you do not already have one. 

Troubleshooting

If your barcode numbers are not being accepted, please try the following troubleshooting options:

• closing your web browser (e.g. Google Chrome) and opening a new window.
• clearing your web browser cache.
• checking the barcode numbers you are entering are correct via your MyMagpies account.
• checking that the barcode numbers are entered into Ticketek correctly, i.e. each on a separate line, no spaces.

Important notes:

• AFLW barcode numbers are distinct from AFL barcode numbers. AFL barcode numbers will be available closer to the 2022 AFL season. 
• AFLW barcodes may take 48-72 hours to appear in your MyMagpies account from the purchase date. If you urgently require the barcode number, please contact the membership team using the details provided above.
