AFLW Attendee Membership Promotion – Terms and Conditions
- This webpage contains the terms and conditions for the AFLW Attendee Membership Promotion pursuant to which discounted access to the 'AFLW - Full Season' and 'AFLW - 2-Game' memberships will be made available (“Promotion”).
1a. The 'AFLW - Full Season' membership includes
- Access to all Collingwood AFLW games in Season 2024
- 2024 AFLW Member Pack - Member-exclusive beanie, stickers & keyring
- Priority access to tickets to the 2024 AFLW Finals Series if Collingwood FC is a participating team
1b. The 'AFLW – 2-Game’ membership includes
- Access to your choice of two Collingwood FC AFLW games across Season 2024
- 2024 AFLW Member Pack - Member-exclusive beanie, stickers & keyring
- Priority access to tickets to the 2024 AFLW Finals Series if Collingwood FC is a participating team
*General admission access is always subject to capacity. For high demand games, Members may be required to redeem a $0 ticket via Ticketmaster.
- Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- The promoter is the Collingwood Football Club (ABN 89 006 211 196) of Corner Olympic Boulevard & Batman Avenue, Melbourne, VIC 3042 (“Promoter”).
- Promotion commences at 9am on Wednesday 18 September 2024 and closes at 5pm on Friday 25 October 2024 (“Promotional Period”). All times indicated in these Terms and Conditions are in AEST.
- The Promotion only applies to the 'AFLW - Full Season' and 'AFLW - 2-Game' memberships type.
- The promotional price for both the 'AFLW - Full Season' and 'AFLW - 2-Game' memberships will be as follows (including GST):
'AFLW - Full Season' - $54
'AFLW - 2-Game' - $25
- Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Monthly instalments are not available for this offer.
- This offer cannot be applied retrospectively.
- Only new Members are eligible to participate in the Promotion.
- To be eligible for the Promotion, new Members must have purchased at least one ticket to a Collingwood FC AFLW match in Season 2024 via Ticketmaster.
- The Promotion is only valid for the 2024 Membership Season. Members will be offered the chance to renew the membership at full price during the renewal period for the 2025 Season.
- This offer will not apply to any other membership types or categories other than those listed above.
- This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.
- Subject to applicable laws, Collingwood Football Club reserves the right to cancel or change the promotion at any point without prior notice.
- This promotional membership will be subject to full membership terms and conditions available here.
- The Promoter will also use and handle personal information (PI) as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the member. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how members may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how they may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, and you unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts having jurisdiction there.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law (including without limitation the Australian Consumer Law) the Promoter shall in no circumstance be liable to you for any direct or consequential losses or any loss (whether direct or indirect) arising out of your participation in the Promotion, purchase of or participation in Club membership, including without limitation from the loss or suspension of your membership card or your ability to attend all or any Collingwood games or enter a venue where a Collingwood game is occurring, except to the extent the loss is caused by the Club's breach of these terms and conditions, its negligence or wilful default.
